For supporters
- What is The Everywhere Card?
- A $100 Visa® prepaid digital gift card you buy from a cause's page on theeverywherecard.com. You get the full $100 on the card; the cause gets $3 — paid by the platform, not by you.
- Where can I use the card?
- Anywhere Visa is accepted, in-store or online — restaurants, groceries, gas, travel, online shopping. The card works the same as any other Visa prepaid card.
- How does my $3 reach the cause?
- When your ACH payment settles (about 3 business days), your cause's admin processes a weekly batch and the $3 is credited to their account. Cause payouts happen on a regular cycle.
- Is my bank info safe?
- Yes. Your account number is tokenized through SOLA, our ACH processor — we never store your bank account or routing numbers. The token can only be used to charge the amount you authorized.
- Will I get a tax deduction?
- No. The $3 contribution is paid by the platform, not by you, so there's no charitable contribution from your side. You're simply purchasing a $100 prepaid card.
- Can I cancel a recurring purchase?
- Anytime. Pause, resume, change the count, or fully cancel from your account page. We don't lock anyone in.
- What if my bank declines the ACH?
- We'll mark the order as failed and email you. Your card isn't issued. For recurring purchases, the failed week is skipped — there's no auto-retry.
- When will I receive my card?
- Your digital card is emailed to you after your ACH payment settles (3 business days) and your cause's admin processes their weekly batch. Most cards arrive within a week.
For causes
- How much does this cost our cause?
- Nothing. No setup fees, no monthly fees, no per-transaction fees. The $3 per card comes out of the platform's per-card economics, not yours.
- How do we sign up?
- Apply at theeverywherecard.com/apply. After we receive your application, you'll upload due-diligence documents for SOLA and DASH. Once both are reviewed, your landing page goes live.
- When do we get paid?
- Your earnings accrue with every settled card and are paid out on a regular cycle. You can see live earnings in your cause admin dashboard.
- What support do we get?
- Email support during onboarding and after launch. We help with everything from your landing-page copy to walking your supporters through their first purchase.
